What on earth did people do to Alan Parsons Project opening?
huh?
You used my qoute!! blushing face
who is theGARBAGEMAN
It’s your alter ego.. he hasn’t been out to play in a while.
After Halo 4 was discussed, Th3 Rogue is the best person Ever. Of all time.
The opening music you used was ‘Sirus’ originally done by the Alan Parsons Project, a progressive rock band from the 1970′s to late 80′s. Parons was an engineer who amungst other artists worked with the BEatles and Pink Floyd befre starting the band that bears his name which featured mostly studio artists on concept albums. But the clip you played was a remix or remake of it.
That being said.. good episode.. I thought you guys would have toned down a bit on the swearing but I believe that you guys sowre more than usual! ALOT more!
Good to hear Rogue, she verified that not only does she truely enjoy the game we love but is an honest to goodness caring community member who isnt just cashing in on good looks. Yeah, she looks great as Cortana, but contriutes more than that.
And Robowski on her friends list… just another gal on her list…
All I can say is ” da bulls”. Such a amazing info song. I was very happy to have the opportunity to have th3 Rogue on the show AND my friends list ( : she is a lot of fun to play with
(After listening to the entire thing) coincidentally, yesterday I burned the Halo 3 soundtrack onto Mah Box, opened the Halo 4 campaign, and laughed diabolically as the “Music warning” came up. It definitely made for a better experience. [PS I pass the motion for a next episode chatroom; Bungie & Bioshock are the best things ever. I was already shoutin' at the computer how Bioshock 2 was mostly just a cash-grab/ wasn't made by irrational & therefore shouldn't matter in scope of the rest of the series ;P ]
I loved bioshock 2! There were a few functions i enjoyed a little more on the first one but I would have to say the 2nd game surprised me big time. Usually i would.buy the game opening day but for some reason i held off.v. ijust happened to be at target and I had a video game itch. I am so glad I did it! I can’t tell you why. I liked it but what I can say is when I came home i didn’t put in my halo disc because I wanted to play bioshock 2. It was exciting and refreshing and I really wanted to compete it
Right; I’m not trying to totally shit on the game; I just felt they didn’t really try to/(know how?) capture the feel of the other 2 shock games [possibly because they didn't make them], where you start out unarmed & lost in a dead world occupied by hostiles; surviving & finding out what went wrong. Making the player a Big Daddy (the most powerful enemy you encounter from the first game) & going back to the world you’ve already conquered just seemed off in context w/ the other games IMO
